City of Santa Ana Website Maintenance and Support Services <br />Scope of Work <br />Website Maintenance and Support Services <br />This Scope of Work (SOW) describes the optional maintenance and support services <br />("Services") available from 360 Business Consulting ("360") for the City's Website and Drupal <br />Content Management System ("Website," "Site," or "CMS" ) for the City of Santa Ana ("City"), <br />The City, at its discretion, may elect to utilize 360's maintenance and support services during <br />the term of this agreement. <br />A. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES <br />• 24/7 monitoring and intrusion alerts <br />• Drupal security updates and certification of compatibility <br />• Patches, programming and maintenance support as needed <br />• Usage, uptime, response times and hardware monitoring <br />• Website and Drupal CMS Technical Support <br />• Website Content Change Updates <br />• Website and Drupal CMS Administrator and Content Contributor Training <br />The City will provide 360 VPN access to the environment. <br />The City will provide root / system administrator / local administrator permissions to <br />authorized 360 staff. <br />B. COSTS AND PAYMENT TERMS <br />360 will provide maintenance and support services for the designated service option at the rate <br />specified below: <br />MonthlV Fee <br />$1,000.00 prepaid ($75/hour). <br />360 will also provide as -needed professional services throughout the two-year agreement. <br />Not -to -Exceed for As -Needed Services <br />$26,000.00 <br />360 will invoice the City in the month preceding the month in which the service will be provided. <br />Agreement Renewal <br />
