EXHIBIT C <br />Resume appointment — one-on-one consultation that results in a professional resume, both in <br />content and in format. <br />Interview practice — Client spends 2 hours with a professional career coach to enhance <br />interviewing skills, resulting in intensive practice and valuable feedback. <br />Placement Assistance — Clients will work with job coaches to identifyjob openings that are best <br />suited to the candidate's work experience and skulls. Job coaches will connect the client to <br />appropriate employers based on job readiness, relevant experience, and job training, Whenever <br />possible, job coaches will make direct referrals to the Working Wardrobes' network of employer <br />partners for a direct "handoff' to the recruiter or hiring manager. <br />Retention assistance— Ongoing consultation withjob coaches to identify potential promotion <br />opportunities and soft skills identification to retain employment and advance on the job. <br />Job Club Workshops <br />Our workshops are interactive and provide a pragmatic approach to learning so that clients can: <br />a. Receive practical, proven tools to define and articulate marketable skills <br />b. Present themselves successfully to prospective employers <br />c. Adopt a winning attitude while on-the-job <br />d. Obtain and hold gainful employment <br />e. Manage their career advancement <br />Examples of job club workshops; <br />O*Net/Labor 1Vlarlret Information <br />This session is designed to help job seekers find, access, and use labor market information and <br />services. It also introduces the Department of Labor tool for career exploration and job analysis. <br />It provides detailed descriptions of the world of work for use by job seekers, workforce <br />development and 14R professionals, students and researchers. <br />Effective Communication <br />This session provides tools to improve communication skills in order to work more effectively <br />with co-workers and supervisors, Studies show that only 7% of our communication is through <br />the words that we, use. Through lively demonstrations and interactive games, we discuss <br />effective cornumnication models and the importance of two-way communication. Upon <br />completion of this session, clients will have techniques to make their communication with others <br />much more effective in achieving their desired results.
