EXHIBIT C <br />Additional Skills -building and Workforce Readiness Training <br />Working Wardrobes will provide 20 participants with 120 hours of paid training opportunities <br />through local non-profit organizations. This will encourage those needing to build workforce <br />readiness skills hands-on experience in their area of interest. Working <br />Wardrobes will also provide any additional services in the Job Search Lab with additional job <br />coaches as needed to prepare participants for the workforce. We will also provide casual <br />clothing to participants in -kind. The value of the additional in -kind services is $50,000. <br />
