<br />Corridor District Center, Metro East District Center, Transit Village District Center, Downtown District Center, and Urban Neighborhood areas allow a range of
<br />intensity for mixture of residential and non-residential development based on the zoning development standards. Residential effective capacity was calculated
<br />by adding the 2222 99621-96 units possible in the District Center and Urban Neighborhood with the existing 74,669 (Census 2000) housing units.
