<br /> <br /> <br />FINAL MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />June 16, 2020 <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION MEETING <br />5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Villegas called the closed session to order at 5:07 p.m. Councilmember <br />Bacerra joined the meeting at 5:11 p.m. Mayor Pulido was absent. <br /> <br />Councilmembers, BACERRA, MENDOZA, PENALOZA, SARMIENTO, SOLORIO AND <br />VILLEGAS <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - Members of the public may address the City Council on items <br />on the Closed Session Agenda. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL RECESSED to room 147 for Closed Session discussion at 5:08 p.m. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss <br />certain matters without members of the public present. The City Council finds, based on <br />advice from the City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matters <br />will prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation: <br /> <br />1.
