4.1.3. Contractor shall maintain compliance with all requirements of this Master Agreement throughout <br />the duration of the Contract. <br />4.1.4. A Purchasing Entity that purchases, leases or rents Equipment may issue an Order, pursuant to the <br />terms and conditions that are incorporated into this Master Agreement, and according to the <br />requirements listed in their states' Participating Addendum, including, but not limited to, the <br />issuance of Contractor's Supplemental Documents, which are attached as Attachment A through <br />Attachment D. Each Participating State or Entity shall be responsible for negotiating the terns and <br />conditions of each of the aforementioned Attachments. <br />4.1.5. Per Section 508 of the United States Workforce Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Contractor shall <br />provide Devices under Groups A, B, C, D and F, which are accessible to people with disabilities. <br />4.1.6. MPS: <br />a) Contractor may provide MPS on Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D, and Group F. In <br />addition, Contractor may provide MPS on Group E, as long as the Purchasing Entity owns the <br />Equipment. <br />b) Contractor may not provide MPS maintenance or repair Services on any Devices that are being <br />leased or rented to a Purchasing Entity by another Manufacturer, unless they have a written <br />agreement with the Manufacturer to do so. <br />4.1.7. Survivability: <br />a) Any Order placed under this Master Agreement shall survive the expiration of this Master <br />Agreement unless otherwise specified in a Participating Addendum. <br />b) Contractor is not permitted to increase pricing on any Order that was placed prior to the <br />expiration of this Master Agreement. <br />4.1.8. Contractor shall notify the Lead State, Participating States, Participating Entities and all Purchasing <br />Entities of any recall notices, warranty replacements, safety notices, or any applicable notice <br />regarding the Products being sold. This notice must be received in writing (via postal mail or <br />email) within thirty (30) calendar days of Contractor learning of such issues. <br />4.2. Authorized Dealers <br />4.2.1. Contractor may engage Authorized Dealers, who shall be Contractor's agent and Subcontractor for <br />providing sales and support for the Products and/or Services purchased by the Purchasing Entity <br />under this Master Agreement. <br />4.2.2. In the event Contractor elects to use Authorized Dealers in the performance of the specifications, <br />Contractor shall serve as the primary Contractor, and shall be fully accountable to the Lead State <br />for assuring that the Authorized Dealers comply with the terns and conditions of this Master <br />Agreement, and shall be liable in the event that Authorized Dealers fail to comply with such terms <br />and conditions. <br />4.2.3. Authorized Dealers shall be expected to stay current with Contractor's Products, pricing, Master <br />Agreement, and Participating Addendum requirements. <br />4.2.4. Authorized Dealers shall have the ability to accept Orders from a Purchasing Entity and invoice <br />them directly. <br />4.2.5.
