Cover Letter <br />Proposal for Electrical Lighting Design Services for Civic Center Perimeter Lighting <br />RFP No. 20-026 <br />Dear Mr. Nguyen and Members of the Selection Committee: <br />IDS Group, Inc. (IDS) understands that the City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking a professional engineering <br />firm to provide complete Plans, Specifications, and Cost Estimate (PS&E) for new street lights around the <br />perimeter of Civic Center "Superblock" which is bound by Civic Center Drive, Broadway, Santa Ana <br />Boulevard, and Flower Street. The City would like to replace the existing outdated lighting system with an <br />energy efficient system that improves illumination as well as the overall look of the "Superblock". <br />The following are highlights of our team strengths: <br />• Since 1998, IDS has completed numerous engineering projects involving: streets, parks, walking/biking <br />trails, libraries, fire stations, court facilities, baseball fields, parking lots, gymnasiums, and other public <br />use facilities. <br />• Each member of our team has considerable experience with the design and construction of recreation <br />facilities.
