And then I gave a spot for yes <br />or no. <br />Does anybody have any objection to me sending this <br />in to the jury? <br />MR. RUBINER: No, your Honor. <br />MR. COONT2: No, your Honor. <br />MR. FELDMAN: No. <br />THE COURT: Thank you. All right. And we need to <br />talk about the punitive damages phase. I am not sure the jury <br />can come back tomorrow. <br />MR. RUBINER: I'm sorry. As opposed to coming back <br />on Thursday or coming back at all? <br />THE COURT: I don't know that they can come back at <br />all. They have been expressing, you know, financial hardship. <br />So I think that that could be a problem. If they can't come <br />back, they can't come back. So think about that. <br />MR.
