We cannot rely on addicts to properly <br />dispose of dirty and used needles, which will endanger the health and safety of the most vulnerable group in <br />our community, the children. <br />I support the City of Santa Ana in drafting an ordinance that prohibits syringe exchange. <br />Respectfully, <br />Q1 4.
