Let's do the right thing in make crimes that were felonies before that <br />are now misdemeanors. I cannot imagine that the date rape drug is now only a misdemeanor. Can you imagine the <br />horror of your daughter, niece or sister going through something like this and the attacker gets a slap on the hand. Bring <br />back justice to these crimes. <br />Item 85 D - Support this item to stop a needle distribution program in our City. Why ours? Get the addicts treatment <br />so they can have a better.
