ENFORCEMENT <br />Enforcement personnel will use a balance of traditional enforcement, technology, and <br />prosecution to curb the street racing issues in the City. <br />Traditional Enforcement: <br />• Proactively pursue violations and make arrests as they occur. <br />• Partner with surrounding agencies to conduct enforcement programs. <br />• Perform follow up enforcement by placing patrols along identified speed corridors, and <br />added night-time patrols in Industrial zones. <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY, 20 CIVIC CENTER PLAZA, SANTA ANA, CA 92702 <br />
