<br />VI. SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNING THE CONTRACT
<br />This provision is applicable to at Faderal-aid construction
<br />cortracts on this Nalioral Highway System,

<br />reasonably necessary to proled the fire and health of
<br />employees on the job and the safely of the public and to
