The contractor shall place a job order with the Stale <br />Employment SerWoe indicating (a) the classifications of 60 <br />laborers, madanics and other employees required to porform <br />the contract work, (b) the number o1 employees required in <br />each dossllmbon, (c) the dale on which the participant <br />estimates such amp'cyees will be required, and (d) any other <br />pertinent information required by the State Employment <br />Service to complete the job Order foram. The contracts is not required to grant employment to <br />any job applicants who, in his opinion, we not qualidied to <br />perform the classification ofwork required. <br />4. If, within one week following he placing of ajob orderby <br />the contract"with the State Employment Service, the Stale <br />Employment Service is unable to refer any qualified job <br />applicants to or less than the number <br />requested the State Employment Service will forward a <br />certificate to the contractorindsating he unavailability of <br />applicants. Such certificate shag be made a pert of the <br />contradoespermanert poled racords. Upon receipt of this <br />certificate, the contractor may employpersms who do not <br />namely reside in the lab" am to fill positions oovemd by the <br />cerfitcate, notwithstanding he provisions of subparagraph (1c) <br />above. <br />5.
