If this is a new fee, what are the projected annual revenues? <br />N/A <br />If this is a request to increase an existing fee, what has changed to cause the current <br />adjustment rate to insufficient? <br />This increase fee amount is due to the increased amount of staff hours necessary for each project. The new fees include 18.5 staff time dedicated for <br />Foreclosure. Abandoned. and Vacant Properties. Previously 5.5 hours were only dedicated to foreclosed properties. In addition on August 18. 2020 City <br />Council adopted an ordinance amending chapter S.
