Work under this category will be paid <br />on hourly basis. <br />• Backfill all test holes shall be backfilled with in -kind material and compact to a relative <br />compaction of 90%. <br />• Boreholes greater than 211:2 shall be paved and match existing pavement thickness section unless <br />stated otherwise and or approved by the Engineer. <br />• Clean and sweep work site at the end of the work day. <br />• Provide additional surveying, and underground utility mapping services at an hourly rate <br />General Requirements and Proiect Deliverables: <br />• All work for this work for traffic control shall be done in accordance with the Federal Highway <br />Administration's Manual (MUTCD) <br />• The selected firm/s shall obtain all necessary permits from the City and local jurisdiction prior to <br />commencing any of the work in Public Right of Way. <br />• Any work required on private property shall be authorized by the Engineer prior to commencement <br />of work. <br />• All work shall be done in accordance with ASCE Standard 38-02; Standard Guideline for the <br />collection and depiction of the existing subsurface utility data. <br />• The firm/s shall secure all permits to work in the City. These fees are not reimbursable. <br />• All work shall be performed to the specific project and or location as detailed in the notice to proceed <br />and indicated by the Engineer. <br />• All reports and technical memoranda shall be submitted electronically to City and shall include all <br />the information as required and detailed in the notice to proceed. All Computer Aided Drafting <br />Design (CADD) work shall be submitted on electronic format (Microstation). In addition, a hard copy <br />of the project findings and a digital file in Microstation shall be submitted to the engineer for review <br />before final approval and final payment is authorized. <br />A list of positions and hourly rates shall be included as part of the proposal and included in the <br />seal bid package. See Attachment 4 — ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS for a sample breakdown. <br />The consulting firm/s are responsible for any damage to utilities during the locating efforts. <br />Consultant Responsibilities: <br />City of Sant9WFFOM060 <br />
