Exhibit 2 <br />STEP TWO — FIELD INSPECTION (QUALIFYING PROJECTS ONLY) <br />Applicants submitting the most competitive Project Proposals will be further evaluated <br />during a field inspection, which may be conducted virtually. At the field inspection, <br />applicants should be prepared to respond to project -specific questions including, but not <br />limited to, the cost estimate, funding, site plan, program goals, site control, outreach <br />efforts, operations and maintenance, sustainability, partnerships, transportation, <br />community involvement, and any possible barriers to completion. <br />Applicants may be required to provide additional documentation about the project before <br />being granted a field inspection. <br />End of Step Two Information <br />12 <br />55B-21 <br />
