Ms. Lopez is currently an <br />organizer for the United Food & Commercial Workers Local 324 (UFCW 324). UFCW Local 324 <br />members are from many backgrounds and walks of life, but come together as the UFCW for the <br />shared goal of achieving the American Dream. <br />Ms. Lopez is a 30 year Santa Ana resident and is an active community member working on <br />issues affecting residents such as immigration, workers' rights and domestic violence. She was <br />named a Santa Ana Unified School District Parent of the Year and has worked with parents to <br />increase parent participation within the SAUSD. <br />The Orange County Labor Federation, AFL-CIO currently represents more than 93 unions in <br />Orange County who represent more than 250,000 union members in the county.
