Section 4. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, after conducting the <br />public hearing, hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map No. 2018-04 (County Map 2018- <br />190) and Special Use Permit No. 2020-01 as conditioned in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated as though fully set forth herein for the property located at 3100 and 3130 <br />South Harbor Boulevard.
