C" ' NCE NOT REQUIRED <br />c Q rORK MAY PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUN011. <br />(E) Jl 1i my)—rh0lrylaSLICENSE AND RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />�V l 11006 North Logan Street, Santa Ana, California] <br />N <br />N-2020-149 <br />I/we, PeterTran and Tammy Tran, as the legal owners ("Owner") of the property located at 1006 North Logan <br />Street (Assessor Parcel Number 398-193-13), in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange (the "Property"), do <br />hereby grant The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and the laws of the State of California (collectively referred to as the "City"), the right to enter the <br />Property and hereby grant to City a License and Right -of -Entry for the following purpose: <br />Inspect property at handball wall location, remove a portion of existing handball wall, to ensure <br />safety measures are in place prior and during removal, to mobilize equipment and tools during <br />removal, and implement any additional safety measures to protect Property. The location of the <br />wall is shown In the attached EXHIBITA. <br />The City agrees to Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner from and against any and all actions, suits, claims, <br />demands, judgments, losses, expenses, or liabilities, injuries and damages to persons and property, including <br />death, arising out of or related to City's use of the Property or the entry by any City party on the Property, <br />Including without limitation, City's guests, invitees, or contractors.
