City Attorney <br />Sonia Carvalho stated there was no reportable actions. Councilmember Sarmiento <br />recused himself from Closed Session Item 1. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS – <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido announced that Item 65D will be taken out of order, prior to voting on <br />Consent Calendar Items.
