Development Standards <br />The development standards for SD-96 are subject to and shall comply with the <br />development approved plans per Development Project No. 2019-06 (DP No. 2019-06) <br />and the approved Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP), attached <br />hereto as Attachment A and Attachment B for reference. The plans shall govern in the <br />event there is a conflict between the SD and the project plans.
