This authority required the submission of a quarterly report to the Successor Agency at <br />a public meeting on all such agreements, including the names of contractors and the amounts of <br />each contract. <br />On February 4, 2020, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana acting as Successor Agency <br />adopted Resolution 2020-002 to increase the City Manager's contract authority to $50,000 to be <br />consistent with the 2019 approved limits of the City Manager for non-public works contracts. The <br />requirement to provide a quarterly report remained the same. There were no agreements that <br />were entered into during the periods of January 1, 2020 through March 31, 2020 and April 1, 2020 <br />through June 30, 2020. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Submitted By: Steven A.
