MAIN STREET, SANTA ANA, CA) <br />Eastcom Corp. ("Owner") executed that certain Hold Harmless Agreement dated <br />August 7, 2018, which was recorded in the Official Records of the County of Orange on <br />August 14, 2020, as Instrument No. 2018000296467 ("Hold Harmless Agreement') for <br />the benefit of the City of Santa Ana, a California municipal corporation and charter city <br />("City"). <br />Pursuant to the terms of the Hold Harmless Agreement, Owner has performed the <br />conditions to the satisfaction of the City.
