DRAFT MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />August 18, 2020 <br />CLOSED SESSION MEETING <br />5:00 P.M. <br />CALL TO ORDER - Mayor PULIDO Joe <br />Mayor Pulido called the Closed Session meeting to order` at'5:04 p.m. <br />Councilmembers, BACERRA, MENDOZA, PENALOZA, SARMIENTO, SOLORIO AND <br />VILLEGAS <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS — None. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss <br />certain matters without members of the public present.
