EFFECTIVE CHANGES, INCORPORTED HEREIN: <br />1) The Service Employees International Union Local 721 (SEIU) cost of living adjustment of seven (7) salary ranges <br />(approximately 3.5%), effective July 1, 2020, and other special pay additives, as authorized on November 19, 2019 <br />through successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) A-2019-227. <br />2) The Part-time Civil Service Employees, Service Employees International Union Local 721 (SEIU) cost of living <br />adjustment of seven (7) salary ranges (approximately 3.5%), effective July 1, 2020, and other special pay additives, <br />as authorized on May 5, 2020 through successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) A-2020-090. <br />3) The Santa Ana Management Association (SAMA) cost of living adjustment of 3.5%, effective July 1, 2020, and <br />other special pay additives, as authorized on October 1, 2019 through successor Memorandum of Understanding <br />(MOU) A-2019-185 and <br />4) The Confidential Association of Santa Ana (COSA) cost of living adjustment of 3.5%, effective July 1, 2020, and <br />other special pay additives, as authorized on October 1, 2019 through successor Memorandum of Understanding <br />(MOU) A-2019-186. <br />5) The Santa Ana Police Management Association (PMA) cost of living adjustment of eight (8) salary ranges <br />(approximately 4.0%), effective July 1, 2020, and other special pay additives, as authorized on October 1, 2019 <br />through successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) A-2019-187 and First Amendment to MOU (A-2019- <br />186-01). <br />6) The incorporation of changes, deletions, and additions to the City's Basic Classification and Compensation Plan, <br />as approved on June 16, 2020 through Resolution No. 2020-052. <br />55 B-31 Page 22 of 25 <br />
