ER No. 2019-85/DBA No. 2020-01/SPR No. 2020-01/SPR No. 2020-02/DDA <br />October 20, 2020 <br />Page 15 <br />Public Noticing <br />Table 9: Public Notification and Community Outreach <br />Public Notification and Community Outreach <br />Required <br />On October 8, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. a community meeting was held at 100 <br />Measures <br />South Main Street in accordance with the provisions of the City's <br />Sunshine Ordinance. Invitations/notices were mailed to property owners <br />and occupants/tenants within a 500-foot radius from the project site. <br />Approximately 13 members of the public attended, as well as 3 City staff. <br />The applicant provided all the required information to the City after the <br />meeting.
