EXHIBIT A <br />COMMUNITY BENEFIT AND SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES PLAN <br />Company Overview: <br />Procana of California is an established manufacturer and distributor of Cannabis products within <br />the State of California. Company products include brands: Procana, Buddr and Spliffer that <br />range from Capsules, Droppers, Drinks, Vaporizers and Concentrates. Currently serving <br />hundreds of licensed dispensaries throughout the State of California, Procana of California is <br />committed to continued quality and professionalism. <br />Prior to Procana of California, President & CEO, Chris Lombardi is a Veteran of the United <br />States Marine Corps, to further excel his career into the corporate environment, serving as <br />Business Development, Regional Manager, National Account Manager and Vice President of <br />large corporations to include Fortune 500 before starting Advanced Softgel- a nutraceutical and <br />pharmaceutical manufacturer of consumer products. In 2013 learning the medicinal benefits of <br />micro -dosing of cannabinoids (less than 1 mg of THC), Procana was formed with a Medical team <br />and Board of Directors to expand this frontier of research of Cannabinoids into the medical field <br />with the focus on "Functional' low -psychoactive doses to benefit medical conditions. <br />As the Cannabis industry evolved, learning that patients/consumers have all tolerance levels, <br />Procana of California expanded its portfolio to provide the widest range of dosing to include <br />3mg, 8mg, 15mg, 25mg and 50mg THC Capsules, and ratio doses of 1:1, 2:1, 14:1 and 20:1 <br />CBDffHC that contain >1 mg of THC for therapeutic purposes. <br />Prior to the companies license expansion to the City of Santa Ana, Procana of California is <br />operating as a fully licensed Manufacturer and Distributor in the City of Desert Hot Springs. <br />Upon the request of Santa Ana, Procana of California is offering the following insight to its <br />initiatives for which Santa Ana will see benefit. <br />Veterans Assistance: <br />Procana of California and its executives know that many veterans who have served our country <br />may experience symptoms of PTSD and other conditions that have proven to experience the <br />benefits of Cannabis (A natural form of medication) with micro -dosing. Procana of California <br />has launched a program that sponsors Veterans in need with a discount rebate program with <br />partnered dispensaries to collaborate on this initiative. <br />Hiring / Employment: <br />Procana of California's hiring practices will be aimed at finding top quality talent to meet our <br />professional needs. It is known that finding the best professional candidates will assist in the <br />success and survivability of the ever competitive Cannabis market.
