<br />As illustrated in the organization chart below Tetra Tech has assembled our personnel based on
<br />individual strengths, technical skills, and experience working together. We tailored our team composition
<br />to fit specific scopes of work and provide benefits to the City, including:
<br />■ One Tetra Tech team, our team is able to self -
<br />perform a majority scopes of work required
<br />■ Providing a team that is local, experienced, and
<br />seamlessly transitions into the roles required under
<br />each on -call task order
<br />■ Strategically use personnel who have availability,
<br />for continuity between task orders
<br />■ Select team members with extensive on -call and
<br />stormwater experience and expertise
<br />Availability percentage indicated for key
<br />personnel below, all other staff will have
<br />80% or greater availability when needed
