Schreiner, <br />Mr. Schreiner is a stormwater and civil engineering project manager at <br />Tetra Tech's office is Irvine, California. He manages domestic projects <br />on behalf of government clients, applying a successful 14-year history of <br />project management, civil engineering design, hydrologic and hydraulic <br />modeling, condition assessments of a variety of infrastructure, and cost <br />estimating. Mr. Schreiner holds an active California PE registration. <br />He most recently served as project manager for numerous on -call <br />contracts with various public agencies in the Southern California area <br />including the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Metropolitan <br />Transportation Authority (Metro), John Wayne Airport, Riverside <br />County Transportation Commission (RCTC), Orange County Public <br />Works (OCPW), and LosAngeles County Department of Public Works <br />(LACDPW). He has performed hydrologic and hydraulic analyses <br />of various types of drainages including culverts, channels, rivers, <br />and alluvial fans. Previously he was involved in projects involving <br />USACE Periodic Inspections of levees, FEMA levee certification, <br />and master drainage plans. He has inspected around 300 miles of <br />levee in various states and is well versed with USACE facilities. He <br />has been involved in all phases of the project life -cycle including site <br />investigations, preliminary design, PS&E, QA/QC, and construction <br />support. As a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD), Mr. Schreiner has <br />experience with providing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans <br />(SWPPP) for construction activities. <br />Caruthers Park Stormwater and Urban Runoff Capture Project, <br />Bellflower, CA, Project Engineer. Mr. Schreiner is serving as the <br />project engineer during the bidding and award and construction phase <br />of this large-scale stormwater project to capture, infiltrate and reuse <br />urban runoff collected from County drainage facilities adjacent to the <br />park. The project was planned as part of the Los Cerritos Channel <br />(LCC) watershed and the Lower San Gabriel River (LSGR) Watershed <br />Management Programs (WMPs). Caruthers Park was identified as a <br />potential high priority site for a regional stormwater capture project for <br />non-stormwater runoff as well as first -flush runoff from wet weather <br />events. The project components include site improvements, <br />structure to divert water from the flood control channel, a pr <br />structure to remove trash and debris from the runoff, an underground <br />structure to infiltrate and store the water that will be treated for landscape <br />irrigation use, and piping systems. Mr. Schreiner was instrumental in <br />obtaining the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) 1602 <br />Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration permit, Regional Water <br />ITETRA TECH <br />
