Allianz ilt <br />California Amendatory - Cancellation Refund to the Named Insured <br />145981 CA 01 12 <br />Policy Amendment <br />The following provision is added and supersedes and replaces any provision contained in the Policy to the contrary. <br />In accordance with California law, if this policy is cancelled, we (the Company) will send the first Named Insured any <br />premium refund due. The refund, if any, will be computed on a pro rata basis. However, the refund may be less than <br />pro rata if we (the Company) made a loan to you (the Named Insured) for the purpose of payment of premiums for <br />this policy.
