Consultant agrees to perform and furnish the following services: <br />TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYING SERVICES <br />1. Control Survey - Establish Centerline monuments to establish the alignment of <br />relevant portions of Lincoln Avenue. Additionally, WLG shall locate Orange <br />County GPS Control points and Orange County Benchmarks to ensure <br />conformance with Orange County Public Works horizontal Datum (California State <br />Plane Coordinates (NAD83), Zone 6, 2007.00 epoch and vertical datum of <br />NGVD88 (most current leveled elevation)). <br />2. Topographic Survey - Provide topographic surveying services to facilitate in the <br />design and construction along Lincoln Avenue. The limits of said topographic <br />survey are shown on the exhibit below and shall include the following: <br />• Cross sections at 25' intervals. Limits of said cross sections shall be limited to <br />the 5' past back of walk (on the west) to existing curb/fence adjacent to railroad <br />right of way. The typical cross section detail shall be the following: 5' past <br />back of walk (at driveways), back of walk (where applicable), top of curb, <br />flowline, lip of gutter, centerline, edge of pavement, top of curb. Longitudinal <br />limits shall be from the northerly curb return of Washington Ave/Lincoln Ave <br />to the northerly right of way of Sana Ana Blvd. <br />• Locate any visible improvements directly adjacent to back of walls that may be <br />impacted/disturbed by reconstruction of new sidewalks. <br />• Locate all visible above ground improvements within said limits of typical cross <br />section listed above. <br />• Locate all visible evidence of utilities at surface level (dipping of manholes is <br />not required) <br />• Locate striping and signage <br />• Locate (in detail) all handicap ramps <br />• Locate all trees (with trunk sizes greater than 4' in diameter) <br />• Locate and detail driveways and also locate back of driveways directly adjacent <br />to back of walk (plus 10' behind back of walk) where direct access is <br />permissible. <br />*If access into railroad right of way is required, City shall coordinate access and permits <br />necessary. <br />
