Name of Person or Organization (Additional Insured) <br />As Required by Written Contract <br />Section II — Covered Autos Liability — Coverage - Who is an Insured, is amended to add the following: <br />d. Any person or organization, leasing "autos" to an "insured"; and <br />e. Any of the following persons or entity types: <br />(1) Financial guarantor and fiduciary; <br />(2) State, Municipality or other Political Subdivisions; <br />(3) Payroll services; <br />(4) Advertising agencies and/or advertiser; <br />(5) Distributor; <br />(6). Record label; or <br />(7) Personal service or loan out corporation while acting within the scope of their duties for you, <br />with whom you are contractually obligated to provide insurance as is afforded by this Policy.
