shall be considered additional Disinfection Services under said Agreement, as <br />previously amended ("Additional Disinfection Services"). <br />2. Section 2, Compensation, shall be amended to increase the maximum amount of <br />compensation by Eighty -Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($82,500.00) for <br />the Additional Disinfection Services, to be billed according to the schedule of fees <br />identified in Exhibit 1, and paid using CARES Act Funds, such that the total sum <br />to be expended under said Agreement shall not exceed Fifteen Million, Four <br />Hundred and, Ninety -Two Thousand Five -Hundred and Ninety -Six Dollars <br />($15,492,596.00) during flre term of said, Agreement. <br />3.
