ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2020-08 {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 2} – <br />Jerry Guevara, Case Planner. <br /> <br />LOCATION: Citywide <br /> <br />REQUEST: The City is requesting approval of Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2020- <br />08 to amend several sections of Chapter 41 (Zoning) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />(SAMC), and sections of Specific Development No. 19 (SD-19)/French Park and <br />Specific Development No. 40 (SD-40)/ Heninger Park. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The Planning Commission will consider a <br />determination that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061 (b) (3) of the CEQA Guidelines – General <br />Rule. Notice of Exemption, Environmental Review No. 2020-09 will be filed for this <br />project. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: Recommend that the City Council adopt an <br />ordinance.
