APPLICATION AMENDMENT NO. 2019-03 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2019- <br />21 – Ivan Orozco, Case Planner. <br /> <br />Matter was continued from the January 27, 2020 meeting. <br /> <br />LOCATION: 813 North Euclid Street located in the Two-Family Residence (R-2) zoning <br />district. <br /> <br />REQUEST: The applicant is requesting approval of the following land use entitlements: (1) <br />Amendment Application No. 2019-03 to rezone the property from Two-Family Residence <br />(R-2) to Community Commercial (C-1), and (2) Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-21 to allow <br />a convenience store and service station to operate 24 hours a day, seven days per week. <br />In conjunction with the land use entitlements, the applicant is requesting approval of <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program, <br />Environmental Review No. 2018-28. <br /> <br />Case Planner Orozco provided a staff presentation; reviewed conditions of approval that <br />were added in response to concerns expressed by the Commission at the January 27, 2020 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Recording Secretary reported that written communication received by the deadline had <br />been distributed. <br /> <br />Chair McLoughlin opened the Public Hearing at 5:47 p.m. <br /> <br />The applicant spoke in support of the matter; agrees to all additional conditions of approval. <br />A - 3
