As indicated above, the Project Site is not a candidate for listing as prime farmland, unique <br />farmland, or farmland of statewide importance. The Project Site is not zoned for agricultural uses and no <br />farmland or agricultural activity exist on -site. Similar to the Approved Project, the Proposed Project would not <br />convert important farmland to a nonagricultural use. No impact would occur and no mitigation is necessary. <br />Accordingly, no new significant impacts or impacts of greater severity than those previously identifie d in the <br />Certified EIR would occur. No changes or new in formation would require preparation of a subsequent EIR. <br />b) Conflict with existing zoning for agricultural use, or a Williamson Act contract? <br />No Impact. The Project Site is not zoned for agricultural use and no active Williamson Act contract exist on <br />site. As with the Approved Project, implementation of the Proposed Project would not conflict with agricultural <br />zones or a Williamson Act contract. No impact would occur and no mitigation is necessary. Accord ingly, no <br />5 - 81
