<br />GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 2020-01 AND <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2020-02 <br />LOCATION: 1109 North Broadway located in the One <br />Broadway Plaza Specific Development No. 75 (SD-75) <br />zoning district. <br />  <br />I realize this item may be continued to another date, <br />however, I'd like to express my concerns that ANY new <br />development or zoning changes are being considered <br />until the General Plan is updated.  <br />  <br />Santa Ana is the most dense city in OC and the second <br />dense in the state.  Santa Ana City Planning documents <br />consistently make the statement the "the city is nearly <br />built out." SCAG reports that So Cal has the worst <br />congestion in the country for the last 2 decades.  <br />  <br />Please take a responsible approach to development and <br />restore our quality of life. No new high density or Urban <br />Dev projects. More parks, open space, better <br />streets/timed lights, desirable retail, single family <br />homes that fit the neighborhoods.  <br />
