We request that the Planning Commission: <br /> <br />1. Re-attach the Development Agreement that was agreed to by the Developer and the City <br />Council in 2004 and was affirmed by a vote of the people in 2005; <br />2. Require the developer Caribou Industries to recommit and honor the Project Labor <br />Agreement which Mr. Harrah and Caribou Industries agreed to for the project in 2004; <br />3. Consider requesting the developer provide some on site affordable housing and a reduced in- <br />lieu fee, especially if there is no project labor agreement or community workforce agreement <br />to ensure a significant part of the construction workforce could afford market rate housing; <br />4. Either continue the matter for 30-60 days to work on items 1-3 and get further public input or
