One-way traffic movement to limit ingress into a neighborhood <br />5. And City Staff to request the Council take action to identify Lacy, Logan, French Court and French <br />Park as "Traffic-Calmed Neighborhoods" once all traffic mitigation and calming improvements are <br />installed. <br />6.
