Being in the opportunity zone, the housing need, and the <br />shift of people migrating to mixed use projects is ideal for a project of this magnitude. As you <br />can see; other cities that are innovative, progressive and prosperous have already made this <br />shift for this type of product in their cities. Santa Ana should not miss this opportunity. <br /> <br />Key points for consideration: <br />The project is already approved for an Office Tower, we now have the chance to <br />tailor the use for a more conducive use for our city . <br />The economy of the city will improve with more residential tenants spending money to <br />our local merchants. <br />Traffic will be reduced. Residential use will mean less cars than office use; simple fact <br />Already mitigation in place for traffic-calming studies in surrounding neighborhoods
