I am <br />submitting this email on behalf of our members who reside in the City of Santa Ana who are currently on <br />the road heading home from work who are working in the adjacent counties. <br />This email is in regards to the One Broadway Plaza Mixed-use project located at 1109 N. Broadway. We <br />are in support of the project, the general plan amendment and the changes recommended by staff. We <br />are also in support of a Labor agreement for this project. This project will provide good paying jobs for <br />our Men and Women, Veterans, Apprentices and our fellow tradesmen and Women who live in Santa <br />Ana. Not only will a project like this bring money into the city, it will also keep our Carpenters close to <br />their homes, so they can enjoy their Families and their city. Spending their money at local businesses <br />and venues keeping the Community strong!
