2 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES MARCH 30, 2020 <br /> <br />REQUEST: The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit to renew <br />the entitlements of an existing 55-foot-high major wireless communications facility <br />disguised as a mono-pine. <br /> <br />Case Planner Pezeshkpour provided a staff presentation. Commission discussion ensued <br />regarding FCC regulations prohibiting the discussion health concerns relating to wireless <br />facilities. <br /> <br />Recording secretary reported out on written communication received for this item. <br /> <br />Chair McLoughlin opened the Public Hearing.
