We encourage you to <br />contact us prior to the Public Hearing if <br />you have any questions. <br />Planning Commission Action :The <br />Planning Commission will hold a Public <br />Hearing to receive public testimony, and <br />will take action on the item described <br />below. Decision on this matter is final <br />unless appealed within 10 calendar days <br />by any interested party or individual. <br />Project Location: 2220 South Ritchey <br />Street located in the Light Industrial (M1) <br />zoning district. <br />Project Applicant:Core Development <br />Services, representing Crown Castle. <br />Proposed Project:The applicant is <br />requesting approval of Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2020-07 to renew the <br />entitlements of an existing 60-foot high <br />major wireless communication facility <br />disguised as a mono-palm. <br />Environmental Impact:The Planning <br />Commission will consider a determination <br />that the project is categorically exempt <br />from the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301, <br />Class 1 of the CEQA Guidelines – <br />Existing Facilities. A Notice of Exemption, <br />Environmental Review No. 2019-103 will <br />be filed for this project. <br />Meeting Details:This matter will be <br />heard on Monday, May 11, 2020 at 5:30 <br />p.m. Due to Governor Gavin Newsom's <br />Executive Order and the City Council's <br />Proclamation of Local Emergency, we can <br />no longer offer an in-person meeting <br />location for the community to attend public <br />meetings.
