2 <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: <br /> <br />Based on the analysis conducted for the project described above, the City of San Diego has prepared <br />the following Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) in accordance with the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The analysis conducted identified that the project could result in <br />significant impacts to the following issue area(s): Biological Resources, Cultural Resources <br />(Historical Resources/Archaeology), Visual Quality (Landform Alteration), and Air Quality <br />(Construction). <br /> <br />The purpose of this document is to inform decision-makers, agencies, and the public of the <br />significant environmental effects that could result if the project is approved and implemented, <br />identify possible ways to minimize the significant effects, and describe reasonable alternatives to the <br />project. <br /> <br />PUBLIC REVIEW DISTRIBUTION: <br /> <br />The following agencies, organizations, and individuals received a copy or notice of the draft SEIR and <br />were invited to comment on its accuracy and sufficiency.
