Post Construction <br />A. Preparation and Submittal of Draft <br />Monitoring Report <br />1. The PI shall submit two copies of the <br />Draft Monitoring Report (even if <br />negative), prepared in accordance <br />with the Historical Resources <br />Guidelines (Appendix C/D) which <br />describes the results, analysis, and <br />conclusions of all phases of the <br />Archaeological Monitoring Program <br />(with appropriate graphics) to MMC <br />for review and approval within 90 <br />days following the completion of <br />monitoring. It should be noted that <br />if the PI is unable to submit the <br />Draft Monitoring Report within the <br />allotted 90-day timeframe resulting <br />from delays with analysis, special <br />study results or other complex <br />issues, a schedule shall be <br />submitted to MMC establishing <br />agreed due dates and the provision <br />for submittal of monthly status <br />reports until this measure can be <br />met. <br />
