5.0 Environmental Analysis 5.1 Land Use <br />Avion Project SEIR <br />Page 5.1-16 <br />Grading/Land Development <br />Manufactured slopes associated with site development shall be included within the development footprint <br />for projects within or adjacent to the MHPA (City of San Diego 2013). <br /> The proposed manufactured slopes for the project do not encroach into the MHPA. <br />5.1.5.3 Significance of Impacts <br />The project would not conflict or be inconsistent with adopted environmental plans for the area. <br />Therefore, impacts would be less than significant. <br />5.1.5.4 Mitigation, Monitoring, and Reporting <br />Mitigation would not be required.
