The project has been <br />constructed. <br />East Clusters Unit 3 at <br />Black Mountain Ranch <br />Southwest of <br />intersection of <br />Bernardo Center <br />Drive and Camino <br />Del Norte. <br />The East Clusters Unit 3 Project consists of <br />90 residential units located within the former <br />units 2 and 3 of the original 2001 East Clusters at <br />Black Mountain Ranch Project. The project has <br />been constructed. <br />Del Sur Court East of Camino Del <br />Sur. Access from <br />Del Sur Court. <br />The Del Sur Court project consists of 206 senior <br />(age-restricted) units (130 single-family detached <br />and 76 single-family attached) for an age- <br />restricted Continuing Care Facility. The project has <br />been constructed. <br />Del Sur Retail Center Intersection of <br />Camino del Sur <br />and Paseo del Sur. <br />The Del Sur Retail Center consists of a 143,000- <br />square-foot retail store within a single building <br />and other retail commercial uses totaling <br />approximately 28,000 square feet. The project has <br />been constructed. <br />Camelot/Northeast <br />Perimeter Property <br />South of Camino <br />San Bernardo. <br />Access from Nicole <br />Ridge Road. <br />The Camelot/Northeast Perimeter Property <br />Project consists of 307 multi-family units. A total <br />of 259 market rate units are located on-site within <br />the parcel identified by the Subarea Plan as the <br />Northeast Perimeter property. An additional <br />48 affordable units are located off-site within the <br />Black Mountain Ranch North Village Town Center. <br />The project has been constructed. <br />Heritage Bluffs II South of Carmel <br />Valley Road. <br />Access from <br />Winecreek Drive. <br />South of East <br />Clusters Unit 3. <br />The Heritage Bluffs II Project consists of <br />220 residential units. A total of 171 market rate <br />units are located on-site within the parcels <br />identified by the Subarea Plan as perimeter <br />parcels A and B. An additional 35 affordable units <br />and 14 market rate units are located off-site <br />within the Black Mountain Ranch North Village <br />Town Center. The project has been constructed. <br /> <br />
