Shin, Esq. <br />Re: Courthouse SA <br />MEMORANDUM OF LAND LEASE AGREEMENT <br />Assessor Parcel Number: 405-191-01 <br />THIS MEMORANDUM OF LAND LEASE AGREEMENT ("Memorandum") is made and <br />entered into on as of the last signature date below by and between the City of Santa Ana, a <br />charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of <br />the State of California, hereinafter- "LESSOR" and Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership, <br />d/b/a Verizon Wireless, by and through its general partner AirToueb Cellular Inc., hereinafter <br />designated "LESSEE." <br />LESSOR hereby leases to LESSEE for a term of ten (10) years, commencing on November I, <br />2020, with three (3) five year optional extensions, on the terms and conditions set forth in the <br />Land Lease Agreement ("Agreement") by and between the parties hereto dated as of the last <br />signature date thereon, all the terms and conditions of which are made a part of this <br />Memorandum as though fully set forth herein, the Premises (as defined in the Agreement), in the <br />County of Orange, State of California, located at 602 North Flower Street Santa Ana, CA 92702, <br />and as legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />25A-29 <br />
