Also address integrity) <br />The W.S. Spicer House is architecturally significant as a characteristic example of the late Colonial Revival style. It was built <br />in 1940 by prominent developer and builder Allison Honer, the subdivider of Floral Park. This house was sold to Walter S. <br />Spice and his wife Faye G. Spicer in 1940. The Spicer's were very active in the Santa Ana and south Orange County <br />communities, with Faye and their daughters, Harriet and Carolyn, involved in the Santa Ana Ebell Club, Junior Ebell, <br />Professional Employer Organization (PEO), as well as other civic groups for women. <br />(See Continuation Sheet 3 of 3.) <br />B11.
