Contract Amendments with Swayzer Corporation for Landscape Services at SARTC <br />November 17, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />August 20, 2019, and expiring August 19, 2022, with one two-year renewal option in an annual <br />amount not to exceed $125,000. Staff is recommending an increase to the agreement capacity of <br />$103,000. The additional funding amount will allow for a complete renovation of all landscaped <br />areas at SARTC.
